Model and soon-to-be published author and mama, Emily Ratajkowski has made the decision to share her first pregnancy with fans through stunning photographs. She was 33 weeks pregnant at the time of the photoshoot. Emily Ratajkowski shared on Instagram to her more than 27 million followers that she is, “so incredibly grateful to have this special moment in my life captured by my dream collaborators and friends.”
She revealed two beautiful black and white images that were captured by Inez & Vinoodh photographers. In the pictures, she chose to bare all with no clothing. She felt this would be the most natural way to show off her baby bump. Her long brown hair highlighted the images flowing freely. While she chose to go nude, the photographs are tastefully covering sensitive body parts and are done in a full-body profile with her hands over her chest and thigh slightly bent.
There were several pictures taken during the photo shoot, but only a couple were shared by the model. In the second picture, she looks directly into the camera. With the positing of this picture to her Instagram account she made the promise that this will be the last image she would share from the photo shoot.
While she appeared with no clothing, she did have the help of renowned makeup artist Hung Vanngo who made her look even more glamorous for the photo shoot. Hung Vanngo chose to provide the model with soft contours and subtle smoky eyes.
While she may have promised that she would not post any more pictures from the shoot, I&Z shared an additional bonus picture. This picture showcased the model from the side wearing a sheer baby doll dress. The photographers added the comment, “Sweet dreams with this dream baby mama”.
While these nude photos featuring her pregnant belly may be the last she shares before the birth, they have not been her first. She also revealed pictures on a beach with her wearing a bikini at 20 weeks.
Ratajkowski’s pregnancy marks the first child for her and her husband, actor and producer Sebastian Bear-McClard. She announced that they were expecting their first child in October, 2020 through a video diary that was dedicated to her unborn child. The video was directed by her friend, Lena Dunham who is the Girls creator.
Just don’t ask her if the baby is a boy or a girl, because there will be no gender reveal of this little wonder. The model is a solid feminist who has been a spokes person for Planned Parenthood and firmly believes that she will not know her child’s sex until the offspring is 18.
She is a model who began acting as a child and was featured in a recurring role on Nickelodeon’s iCarly. She and Bear-McClard were married in 2018. This pregnancy has completely humbled her otherwise superstitious thinking. It has made her firmly aware that anything she does or her wishful thinking is no longer in control of things that happen in her life.
